The neighbourhood is a proper treat with a blend of cultural vibes. It's got a relaxed feel, lots of green spaces for a morning run, and some seriously good local eateries - the Turkish grill down the road was a favourite! The flat? It was okay, but a little rough around the edges. High ceilings and lots of potential, but it could use a bit of a revamp. The heating was a bit of a fuss during winters and the old wooden windows didn't help either. But, the landlord was responsive and mostly on the ball. It's a good spot if you're okay with a bit of a DIY spirit and value being in a diverse and lively neighbourhood.
