Firstly, the location is bang-on. E2's got a vibrant scene with street markets, hip bars, and some seriously good food spots. You're never far from anything in this neighbourhood. The flat, though? Had a bit of a mixed experience. The space was modern and neat, and I loved the balcony view. But there was this persistent issue with the heating system - winters got a bit too chilly for my liking. And yeah, the walls seemed a bit thin, so if you're not into hearing your neighbours' business, might want to reconsider. Despite the hiccups, if you're looking for a pad in a lively neighbourhood, this could work for you.

Hey there, just wanted to share a quick note about my time living at Flat 3, 228a, Bethnal Green Road, London. On the plus side, you can't beat the location - smack bang in the middle of the city, tube station close by, and heaps of great cafes and pubs. It's London at its best, seriously. Now, the flat itself was pretty decent - clean, warm and came with the basics. I did have a bit of a struggle with the plumbing though, water pressure was a bit hit or miss, so don't expect power showers. Noise from the street can also get a bit much, especially on weekend nights, so might not be the best for light sleepers. Overall, not perfect but a solid choice if you value location and the true city living experience!
