We spent 1.5 years in 70 Hillfield Court. Throughout our tenancy, we had no issues with our managing agent (Parkgate Aspen). However around 2 months prior to moving out the toilet became blocked. The managing agent called out some emergency plumbers and tried to charge us for the cost. They wanted to take this amount off our deposit, along with a bunch of other smaller things. We fiercely contested it, took it to dispute resolution, and eventually won! We didn't pay them a penny. Be careful with this agent - they will try to deduct items from your deposit, but you must contest it!
